# Great Barrier Reef testcase
# ===========================
# This page gathers the shared configuration for the GBR testcase. The full
# example is split across several scripts because the workflow is relatively
# large:
#
#   0. ``params.py`` : transversal parameters
# 1. ``download.py`` : downloads static datasets such as bathymetry, reefs, land polygons.
#   2. ``mesh.py`` : builds the horizontal mesh.
# 3. ``dl_data.py``: downloads time-dependent forcings such as ocean currents, temperature, salinity, wind, heat fluxes, and precipitation.
#   4. ``prepro.py`` : interpolates and converts those datasets to SLIM4 inputs.
#   5. ``run.py`` : runs the 3D hydrodynamic simulation.
#
# A final ``gbrtools.py`` contains the remaining function that don't obviously belong to any part of the workflow
#
#
# The parameters below define the common domain, time window, paths, vertical
# discretization, boundary tags, and time-stepping options used by the workflow.
